Frederic Roche
Founder and CEO

Originally from France, Dr. Frédéric Roche graduated from the Medical School of Nancy as a psychiatrist. After practicing psychiatry in France for 25 years, he moved to the U.S. with his family and became a consultant for personal and professional development in the Washington D.C. Metro area, founding Kconsulting4U, LLC. Kconsulting4U operates across several branches:

  • Life Consulting Branch: Assisting individuals in managing crises and navigating complex challenges in both professional and personal spheres. With his expertise in psychiatry and human relationships, as well as a deep understanding of cultural differences between France and the U.S., he provides tailored guidance to help individuals adapt, grow, and succeed in new or challenging environments.

  • Corporate, Organizational, and Government Branches: Providing in-depth analysis and strategic communication guidance during crisis situations. Leveraging his background in psychiatry and crisis management, he advises states and organizations on developing support and psychological assistance systems for their populations. With extensive expertise in PTSD management, he also works with companies and agencies to implement psychological support strategies for employees deployed in high-risk or high-stress environments.

Beyond crisis management, Kconsulting4U also supports companies in enhancing employee well-being and performance. Through tailored strategies, Dr. Roche helps employees strengthen their ability to navigate workplace challenges, improve communication dynamics, and develop resilience in demanding professional settings.
